Family Violence
Yellow Brick House – Provides support for women and children who have experienced domestic violence. They have a crisis line and emergency housing (they are currently setting up families in hotels to quarantine and helping with transitional housing). BounceBack
a free self guided program to assist with mental health support for youth 15-18, adults, and care providers. Delivered through a phone coach and online videos, this would be a great option for a self-motivated individual or a supplement to other counselling.
Wellness Together Canada
A virtual program funded by the Government of Canada that provides text and talk support for Canadians wanting support on their wellness journey. This includes self-guided courses and apps, an online community of support and coaching, and one-to-one counselling.
