The Woodbridge Medical Centre Family Health Team (WMC FHT) is a collaborative primary health care team composed of a Dietitian, Family Physicians, Family Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist, Psychotherapists, Social Worker and other Professionals who work together as an interdisciplinary team, to provide patient centered primary health care services and programs. Friday: 9:00am to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
