Social Worker Services

SOCIAL WORK IS TRANSITIONING ITS ACCESS TO SUPPORTS FROM WALK IN ON TUESDAYS (1PM-6PM) TO SCHEDULED SINGLE SESSIONS APPOINTMENTS.

As of Tuesday July 1st, Walk-In Services will NO longer be available.

Single sessions will be available through all social workers Monday through Friday.

Single sessions will be a 45-minutes pre-booked appointment.

Once you submit your request for a Single Session, one of our social workers will contact you to book an appointment within 1-4 weeks.

You can submit a request for a single session through the following ways:

• Send a message through the patient portal
• Email us @ wmcmail@rogers.com
• Speak with reception or your physician

Appointments will be booked on a first come first serve basis and based on availability.
